As days grow colder, I want to continue on my summer in review via Instagram. Here are my top favorite images from July 2013 brought to you by my Instagram account. It’s great to look back to the warm and fun summer days documented by the magical unicorn workers behind the Instagram app. Enjoy!
I have been known to be an Instagram junkie. I could literally LIVE on Instagram. I was looking at my summer in review on my Instagram account and thought I would share my top 5 favorite images from June, July, August, and the first half of September. It is my way of welcoming in Fall properly and saying goodbye to Summer. Here are my top 5 favorite images from the month of June! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
At this point I would hope everyone knows the fantasticness that is Instagram. In the event that you live in some serial killer’s basement (and I really hope that you don’t), it is a way to share photos with everyone. Your friends, family, coworkers, pets, and anything else that might have any sort of connection with anything social media related. It’s basically twitter with photos. If you’re not sure what Twitter is then more than likely you are one of the people left in the world that thinks you need AOL to sign on to the internet.
I have grown to use Instagram as sort of a way to document my life via photographs on a daily basis. Any events, hangouts, new purchases, interesting happenings that take place in my daily life can easily be recorded with my iPhone camera and a fun filter. It makes the photographer in me somewhat happy and active. I’ve mentioned this in a past post, but I have started carrying around my DSLR with me most places again which could be a complete pain for most but it is a great way to get back into photography. On days where I am just not feeling the idea of having a larger bag with my giant camera, it’s always fun to get creative and capture the world around me with what I have…my phone.
Instagram has also done something else aside from making photo sharing fun but it’s turn me into a bigger ham than I already was. I am honestly not entirely sure how my followers aren’t sick of seeing my face. Even with all of my Instaham moments, it’s become a great place to find other talented photographers, bloggers, fashionistas, etc. It’s definitely probably my favorite of the current social media world.
Here are a few of my current favorite Instaham moments:
I am currently obsessed with Purple lately. I am loving my Purple Rain inspired glittery nails.
Nothing beats comfy jeans and flats.
I was pretending to be a comic book villain because that’s normal.
And I also wear Hello Kitty tiaras, totally normal.
And then there was this moment. I was attempting to looks scared about seeing Paranormal Activity 4.
Do you have Instaham moments? What do you typically enjoy viewing or sharing on Instagram? Are we besties on Instagram yet? What is the secret to the universe?
Smizing so hard right now,

If you were in the states yesterday or have lots of friends that live in the states, you are well aware that yesterday was Thanksgiving. It is a day where you eat way too much food, you’re grateful for your blessings, have awkward family conversations, and drown out most of the day with booze.
One of the best ways to take a moment and appreciate what you have in your life is by writing a gratitude list. I have sat down and compiled all of the things I am thankful for this Thanksgiving season.
Here are the top 20 things I am thankful for:
19. That my pants still fit.
18. Adult beverages!
17. My iPhone.
16. Two termin’ Barack Obama.
15. The end of the Twilight series.
13. Everything that I own that is covered in glitter!
12. My nail artist.
10. Instagram for my inner hipster.
9. Harvey Dent.
8. The end of 2012 and the possible zombie apocalypse.
5. Mike Falzone and his words of wisdom.
4. Curly hair products!
3. My future husband Childish Gambino.
Thank you for being a part of my adventures and all of your amazing support! I look forward to taking over the internet, blogosphere, and the world.
Up, up, and away,
