Yo, ho ho and a bottle of rum!

I’ve been obsessed with straw attachments for my drinks. We all know that I am no stranger to the merrymaking of the everyday. It’s my passion to add a bit more spice to my daily life. Life can be tough, which is more the reason to celebrate most of our moments.

The straw attachments pictured were actually a gift and it took some searching but I did located them on You can find them here and here. They are basically my favorite things right now. Also, I was asked what the Hello Kitty “Fizzy Pop” tastes like. It’s supposed to be “Cherry Limeade” flavored but I think it tastes like strawberry and awesome!

What are some of the ways your jazz up your beverages? How fun are straw attachments?! I am thinking about designing a few of my own.

Reaper Haunt Sprinkles and Booze

Artwork by the ever so amazing Jaymz Bernard

Hi there team Sprinkle!

I don’t know about you, but I find camping to be a terrifying experience. Most of the time you don’t have cell phone service, you can’t run away from biting bugs, you have to tap into your inner caveman and start a campfire, and other wood related horrors. But that is the thrill of camping, right? We love to challenge ourselves and be one with nature.

What happens when you turn your camping experience into a real life horror movie? You then have the scariest new haunted attraction coming to a campsite near you. This weekend, Reaper House Entertainment will unleash their horrors upon Connecticut at Camp Cedarcrest. Who is crazy enough to sign up for a 13 hour haunt you may ask? Me, duh!

After signing your life away, the brave campers will face a variety of terrifying scares and you are placed into your very own, very fun horror film. This isn’t a haunted attraction for the kiddies which means, you will be pushed to your limits and definitely terrified.

It’s like a Halloween party in the middle of the summer! Who could ask for? Who wants to join me this Friday for the scariest (and most fun) experience ever? We can make s’mores and hold one another until we’re not afraid anymore. Get on over to for the details and be sure to use the discount code of: krissentme for a sweet discount!

Where are my brave little toasters at? Come with bug spray, ready to be terrified, and as always…

sprinkle games

Happy Monday morning party people!

Lately i’ve been on the hunt for a gaming system. I’ve been busting out my old NES and i’ve been playing some of the greats but sadly, the system is almost as old as I am.

I am torn between getting a Wii and a PS3. I love the options and (blu-ray) of a PS3 but I am a Nintendo girl at heart. So torn! Typically, I am a busy bunny and don’t have time for video games but it’s all about taking the time to do the little things to celebrate life and giving yourself the time to do something mindless simply for the fun of it.

So, this is where you guys come in. Are you a gamer or know of a gamer that can help me weigh the pros and the cons? Why do you like the system that you have and and I should I be considering Xbox? Help me gamer nerd Jesus, help me!

I think it’s safe to say that most of us love a good party. The concept of partying is basically a breeding ground for positive energy and good vibes. My personal favorite kind of party is a themed party. Back in December, I had the chance to attend Life in Color: The world’s largest paint party.

Life in Color, formally known as DayGlow is a very large electronic concert with a number of big name DJs. The crowd is usually massive and you dance your ass off while getting sprayed down with neon paint…at the same damn time. You dress in costumes or white EVERYTHING and prepared to get colorful. Guys walk around in complete white suits and ladies dress in skimpy fun outfits (I saw lots of sideboob). The more paint on your person, the better!

Life in Color was started by Sebastian Solano and Paul Campbell. These guys were the kings of themed parties from high school straight into college. Realizing their calling, they dropped out of college and took on throwing professional parties for a living. It sort of sounds like a dream life when you think about it. Professionally partying, pretty brilliant.

The party builds up to the paint. There is a countdown that takes place before you’re sprayed, this way you’re completely ready for what is about to happen to you. In the meantime you can dance and watch aerial performers, dancers, and robots, take over the stage alongside the DJs.

I personally had a great experience, but reading other reviews on the event a lot of people weren’t too happy about Life in Color. If you’re not a fan of crowds, being covered in neon paint, dudebros, super drunk people, basically dancing for 3 hours, loudness, being hit on by EVERYONE, or confetti then Life in Color might not be for you. I personally have a high tolerance for things that aren’t always ideal situations and as long as I am with a good group of friends, I manage.

From my experience, I would give Life in Color three sprinkles filled shot glasses out of five. It had its minor issues but if you go with intention of having a good time, dancing your ass off, and watching some great performers it is totally worth it.

Would you get sprayed down with neon paint? What are some great themed parties that you’ve been to?
