In the event that we survive the pending apocalypse on the 21st, there are 17 days left in 2012. In my opinion, this year was long as hell. It seems like last New Year’s Eve was eons ago.
Last December I decided not to make any New Year’s resolutions because I never once in my whole life actually stuck with a resolution. Resolutions are meant to be ‘fun’ where a goal is more serious and badass in some ways. When you have a goal it requires many steps to get to the end result. Resolutions seem more like wishful thinking. Don’t get me wrong, the concept of a resolution is awesome but for me, I get better results when I have well thought out goals.
My 2012 has had a lot of ups, and with the ups definitely came a lot of downs. Within my next 17 days, I will be brainstorming on what my 2013 goals will be. I want to form a solid plan that will help me stick to these goals and hopefully forming some helpful tips in my process to share with your lovelies. My plan is to start these goals before the new year because it’s never too soon to start on something you really want.
Start thinking about what you truly want out of your year and how you wish to be spending your time in 2013. Sometimes it can be hard coming up with ideas that are actually meaningful and helpful. We have a tendency to ‘think big’ but not really come up with the ideas and steps to properly get to our end results. Wake up your brain and sit down and write out all of the things that you want in your life.
I will be brainstorming and doing the same and reporting back to you guys with an update on the best way to plot to take over the world like a supervillain/supervillainess. But the best kind of supervillain. Don’t let your brain sleep on making your new year the best year ever!
Brainstormin’ like a supervillainess,
